Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cleany app and services (the “Service”), operated by Real Media Holding (“Cleany,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Cleany is a marketplace that connects Customers who want home-cleaning services with independent Cleaners who provide them. Cleany does not itself perform cleaning services and is not the employer of Cleaners.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings and subscriptions

You can book one-time cleanings or a recurring subscription (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). For subscriptions, the same assigned cleaner is scheduled for each visit where possible, and you may skip, pause, or cancel from within the app. Scheduling is subject to cleaner availability.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes and fees.
Tips are optional and paid in addition to the service price.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds for a missed or unsatisfactory visit are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our policy (confirm refund window and terms).

6. Cleaners (independent contractors)

Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Cleany. Cleaners are responsible for their own taxes, equipment (unless agreed otherwise), and compliance with applicable law. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect, less the platform fee.

7. User conduct

Provide safe and lawful working conditions and access.
Do not harass, discriminate against, or endanger other users.
Do not circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to breach the Service.

8. Reviews and content

You are responsible for content you submit (reviews, photos, messages). You grant Cleany a license to host and display that content for operating the Service. Content must be truthful and lawful.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any particular cleaner will be available or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleany will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules (confirm jurisdiction).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
